The Basil and Ginger workbooks are designed for classroom support, but may also be used at home. The pages are simple and self explanatory. As the words are introduced there is a follow up activity for children to complete. The workbooks use characters and words from the readers and form a part of the overall Basil and Ginger program. The range of activities include writing, tracing, copying, matching, colouring, word puzzles, cut and paste, paint by number and much more. They again follow the Basil and Ginger farmyard theme and mainly consist of activities involving the characters from the reader series.
